PotPlanner provides financial modelling and forecasting tools for educational and illustrative purposes only. We do not provide personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on this website constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product.
All projections and forecasts are based on user-provided inputs and assumptions. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial adviser before making significant financial decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our paid services. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

PotPlanner offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. The free tier provides access to core features at no charge. The Pro tier unlocks additional features as described on our pricing page.
Feature availability may change over time. We reserve the right to modify the features included in each tier with reasonable notice. Existing paid subscribers will be notified of any material changes to their Pro tier features.
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at support@potplanner.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period"). However, by accessing Pro features immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that the service has begun and you may lose the right to a full refund under this regulation. If you have not accessed any Pro features, you may request a full refund within 14 days.
While we aim to provide useful and accurate tools, we make no guarantees about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of results. Forecasts and outputs are based on assumptions and user-provided inputs. Tax thresholds, pension rules, and other legislative figures used in our tools reflect current UK legislation and may not reflect future changes.
We aim to keep PotPlanner available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
All content, tools, designs, and code on PotPlanner are the intellectual property of PotPlanner and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PotPlanner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or tools, including but not limited to financial losses arising from reliance on our projections.
Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use our services in a way that is harmful, unlawful, or disruptive. On termination, your access to Pro features will cease. Your account data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
